Friday, April 9, 2010:  Cosmos Sports, in partnership with Advantage 4 Athletes is proud to be hosting a free open house where it is welcoming athletes, coaches, agents, athletic directors and everyone whom is interested in experiencing what a world class conditioning and therapy centre is like. 

There will be photo opportunities with the athletes in attendance as well as an official Olympic relay torch and Gold Medal.

The schedule for the evening will consist of the following events:

5:00-6:30:  Play with gold medalist and pro athletes – hockey, lacrosse, football, and soccer. Photo opportunities with the athletes, jerseys and Olympic Gold Medals.

6:30 – 6:45:  Prizes to be given away: Life Fitness Body Shape Kit (value of $349), free massage and more.

6:45 – 7:00:  Hear how professional athletes train and what their strategic training regimens are.

7:00 – 8:00:  Motivational seminar given by Barrie Shepley.
