Cosmos Sports and Entertainment continues its partnership with Rugby Canada, the national governing body for rugby union in Canada since 1974, for a third consecutive year. The Cosmos team will provide expertise in sales and marketing for Vancouver Sevens, Rugby Canada’s premier event.

The 2024 Vancouver Sevens will mark the 9th time the tournament has visited Vancouver, and the second year in a row that the event will feature concurrently run women’s and men’s tournaments. The event will take place February 23-25 at BC Place in Vancouver, BC. Over three days, 24 teams will play 64 total matches, with two champions being crowned on the final day.

Cary Kaplan, Cosmos Sports and Entertainment President says, “Rugby Canada is a top tier organization that has been a great pleasure to work with these past several years.” On the Vancouver Sevens event he added, “The Vancouver Sevens is a spectacular event in format, execution and fan engagement and it continues to be a privilege for the Cosmos Sports & Entertainment team to collaborate on the sales, marketing and customer service fronts.”

Last year the Cosmos Marketing team assisted Rugby Canada with building a new website while the sales team provided customer service for their Canada Sevens event. Impressed by our hard work and creativity, they have brought us back to redesign the website for Vancouver Sevens while also providing exceptional customer service to their fans.

Cosmos, which has its roots in sports marketing, aims to continue expanding its collaborations with sports organisations and looks forward to working together for many more years to come with Rugby Canada.
