The ATB Classic, one of Canada’s premier professional golf tournaments, is set to return to Northern Bear Golf Course in Alberta from September 11 to 14 as part of the PGA TOUR Americas schedule. With the tournament returning to Alberta’s stunning late-summer landscape, organizers are focused on creating memorable experiences for attendees, both on and off the course.
Part of the PGA TOUR Americas, the ATB Classic gives top emerging talent from North and South America the chance to climb the professional golf ladder. The tour was officially formed in 2024 with the merger of PGA TOUR Canada and PGA TOUR Latinoamérica, creating a more unified and competitive path toward the Korn Ferry Tour and eventually the PGA TOUR.
Last year’s ATB Classic was a massive success and saw Frederik Kjettrup, one of the sport’s brightest young talents, shoot a -16 to secure the victory and a spot at the 2024 Korn Ferry Tour.
As rising stars compete for a shot at the PGA TOUR in 2025, fans can look forward to an elevated spectator experience—thanks to a new partnership with Cosmos Sports & Entertainment, who will lead premium and group ticket sales for the 2025 event.
