Milton, ON (February 6, 2026) — With winter now in full swing, anticipation is growing for Milton Magic FC’s highly anticipated Outdoor Summer Recreational Program as the club opens registration for its popular summer soccer season. For families and players eager to embrace warm-weather activity, community, and healthy screen-free fun, this summer league is shaping up to be one of the most exciting sports opportunities in the area.

Set to kick off on May 23, 2026, the Summer Outdoor Recreational Program offers a full season of development-focused soccer on outdoor fields. Players of all ages can enjoy weekly training and games that emphasize skill building, teamwork, and confidence in a fun, inclusive environment — all while making new friends and staying active throughout the summer months.

Participants in the program receive a complete adidas uniform that includes a jersey, shorts, and socks as part of their registration. Families are encouraged to take advantage of the club’s early bird savings of 15 % on registrations through February 28 to secure spots before teams fill up.

The program offers a wide range of age-appropriate groupings for both boys and girls, starting with introductory sessions for the youngest players and progressing through various team formats as age and ability increase. Highlights include:

• Parent & Tot (Born 2023 & 2024): A Saturday morning program designed for very young players and their caregivers to explore basic movement, coordination, and enjoyment of soccer in a playful setting.

   

• U4–U5 (Born 2021–2022): Small-sided 3v3 sessions that introduce foundational skills, confidence, and fun for the youngest soccer participants.

   

• U8–U9 (Born 2017–2018): Weekly practices combined with 5v5 game nights to help players learn technique, teamwork, and match play.

   

• U10–U12 (Born 2014–2016): A mix of dedicated practice nights and 7v7 game play to deepen skills and tactical understanding.

   

• U13–U15 (Born 2011–2013): Larger formats (9v9 and 11v11) that focus on broader team strategy, fitness, and competitive play.

   

• U16+ Programs: Designed for older teens and adults, providing 11v11 summer games focused on fun, fitness, and friendly competition.
  

All teams are led by volunteer coaches, and while schedules and times may vary from week to week, each group is structured to deliver a consistent and engaging soccer experience. Families should note that cancellations before the start of play incur a nominal administrative fee, and there are no refunds once the season begins.

In addition to the standard recreational season, the club also offers summer program bundles that combine Recreational play with other popular offerings such as Fab 5, Super 7s, or the Skilz Centre for players looking to maximize training and game experiences at a reduced rate.
