Archana Mishra is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a strong foundation in business development, marketing, and event coordination. She brings hands-on experience in sponsorship outreach, community engagement, and organizing impactful events that bridge brands with their audiences.

One of Archana’s proudest achievements was leading the marketing and sponsorship efforts for “Experience Toronto: Hunt on the Waterfront,” a student-led scavenger hunt that raised over $8,500 for the Marner Assist Foundation. Through her outreach and promotional strategies, she successfully secured sponsorships and drove event participation, showcasing her ability to build partnerships and create memorable experiences.

Archana also represented George Brown College’s Enactus team at the Regional Competition for the Canadian Tire Sustainability Challenge, where she presented innovative solutions focused on environmental responsibility and community impact.

Her passion for working in sports comes from the belief that sports are more than just games—they bring people together, inspire action, and create lasting memories. Whether it’s cricket, hockey, basketball, or golf, Archana loves the energy and sense of community that sports foster. She is an avid supporter of the Edmonton Oilers and never misses a chance to watch their games.

At Cosmos Sports & Entertainment, Archana works as a Business Development Assistant, where she supports outreach efforts, researches potential partners across junior hockey leagues and community organizations in North America, and assists in scheduling meetings with key stakeholders. She crafts professional outreach communications and takes detailed meeting notes to ensure effective follow-ups and internal planning.

Beyond her professional ambitions, Archana dreams of traveling the world while working in different countries, combining her love for new experiences with her passion for sports and events.
