Jessyka is a passionate sports professional with a strong background in sports management, communications, event management, and public relations. A graduate of Niagara College (2022, Advanced Diploma in Sport Management) and Loyalist College (2024, Diploma in Journalism–Communications), she has continued to build on her academic foundation through post-graduate studies in Public Relations and Event Management. Recognized for both her leadership and athletic excellence, Jessyka was named Athlete of the Year at Loyalist College in 2025.

Jessyka has developed hands-on experience across multiple areas of the sports industry, including internships with Battle Canada and the Belleville Spirits Girls Basketball Club, where she strengthened her skills in basketball operations, sports marketing, and communications.

Currently, Jessyka serves as a Senior Account Executive in Ticketing and Sales at Cosmos Sports & Entertainment, where she has spent the past year growing her expertise in client relations, revenue generation, and fan engagement. The first account she worked on upon joining Cosmos was the Calgary Surge of the Canadian Elite Basketball League, an experience that helped shape her foundation in professional sports sales. Currently working with the Toronto Rock of the National Lacrosse League, continuing to build her presence within the professional sports landscape. 

Having grown up in the Greater Toronto Area and played basketball since the age of five—including competing at the varsity level on a full scholarship—Jessyka is deeply committed to giving back to the sports community that shaped her journey. A lifelong fan of Toronto teams and a dedicated follower of both the NBA and WNBA, she supports the Memphis Grizzlies and the New York Liberty, and draws inspiration from the legacy of Kobe Bryant.

Now one year into her role at Cosmos, Jessyka is proud of how much she has grown and is excited to continue developing professionally while helping others succeed along the way. Whether on or off the court, she remains committed to making a meaningful impact in the sports industry.
