Jessyka is a passionate sports professional with a deep background in sports management, communications,event management and public relations. Graduated in 2022 with an Advanced Diploma in Sport Management from Niagara College, Jessyka has continued to build on a solid academic foundation by completing a Diploma in Journalism-Communications at Loyalist College in 2024 and pursuing further studies in a one-year Public Relations and Event Management post-graduate program. 

Alongside academic success, Jessyka has gained hands-on experience through internships with Battle Canada and the Belleville Spirits Girls Basketball Club, where she honed skills in basketball operations, sports marketing and communications. 

After growing up in the Greater Toronto Area and playing basketball from the age of five—including competing on a full scholarship at the varsity level—Jessyka is eager to give back to the sports community that shaped their life. 

Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive in Ticketing and Sales at Cosmos, Jessyka is excited to join a team that values inclusivity, teamwork and hard work—values that resonate with her own personal and professional approach. 

A lifelong fan of Toronto teams and passionate about the NBA and WNBA, Jessyka cheers for the Memphis Grizzlies and the New York Liberty, while also drawing inspiration from the relentless work ethic of Kobe Bryant. 

Whether on or off the court, Jessyka is committed to contributing to the sports industry and helping others reach their potential.
