Lucas comes to Cosmos as a fourth-year Sport Management student at Brock University, bringing a strong foundation and hands-on experience within the sport industry.
Most recently, Lucas served as the 2025 Beach Tour Coordinator with the Ontario Volleyball Association, where he oversaw record-breaking beach volleyball tournaments across the province.
He also previously worked as the Outdoor Sports Event Manager with Brock University, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of men’s and women’s soccer, rugby, and lacrosse events.
At Cosmos, Lucas will serve as an Account Executive, supporting the Niagara IceDogs—an organization he has previously worked with—by driving game-day attendance during the current season and generating season ticket sales for the upcoming year.
Outside of the office, Lucas is a passionate sports fan and proudly supports the Pittsburgh Penguins, San Francisco 49ers, and Toronto Blue Jays.
