Daniel
Waller

Daniel is currently in his final semester at Fanshawe College where he is completing a Postgraduate Degree in Sports & Event Marketing. He has also received a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Postgraduate Certificate from Conestoga College in Digital Marketing. 

As a passionate sports fan and participant, Daniel’s love of sports led him to enroll in Fanshawe College’s Sports & Event Marketing Program in hopes of building a strong career in the sports marketing industry. Prior to enrolling at Fanshawe College, Daniel worked as an Events Coordinator in the public transit industry, where he planned and executed large-scale conferences and tradeshows, as well as managing all sponsorship sales and deliverables for the events. 

Daniel grew up on the ice playing goalie and continues to play in a rec league twice a week. He has also an avid golfer and has recently started learning to play tennis. 

During his time at Cosmos, Daniel will be supporting marketing and digital media efforts by creating graphics and content for both Cosmos and its clients, assisting senior staff with marketing strategies, and contributing to press releases, news stories, and email marketing.
