Jacob Hagias is a Senior Account Executive at Cosmos Sports & Entertainment, where he leads group, corporate, and season ticket sales across multiple sport and live event properties. In his role, Jacob is responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales, developing new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships with organizations, partners, and fans.

He has played a key role on the Niagara IceDogs account, overseeing group and season ticket outreach while mentoring and managing interns to support pipeline development and execution. Jacob has also contributed to sales initiatives for Toronto FC, focusing on engaging new business prospects and converting single-game buyers into long-term clients, and previously drove group sales efforts for the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival across multiple markets.

Prior to Cosmos, Jacob built a strong foundation in business development, sales, and product management across both startup and corporate environments. He is a graduate of York University and George Brown College’s Sport and Event Marketing postgraduate program, where he further developed his expertise in marketing strategy, sponsorship, and event execution.

Jacob’s passion for sport has been lifelong, shaped through years of playing organized hockey, volleyball, soccer, golf, and ultimate frisbee. He brings a balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to his work, with a focus on delivering value and building lasting relationships in the sport and entertainment industry.

A loyal supporter of Canadian sports, Jacob is an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Blue Jays, and Raptors, and enjoys golfing and staying active in his community.
