Jonathon is a postgraduate student in the George Brown College Sport and Event Marketing program. Having always shown a fondness for sports and business, he pursued an undergraduate degree in Sports Management at Brock University. After graduation, he moved back to his native country, Trinidad and Tobago where he worked in the retail and manufacturing sectors for a few years. As a dual citizen of both Trinidad and Tobago and Canada, he made the decision to move back to Canada last year to continue to pursue his dream of working in the sports business industry.
He will be working as an Account Executive Intern for the fall term where he is hoping to learn invaluable skills in sales while getting his feet wet in the sports business industry.
When not working, he enjoys watching sports on TV and is an avid footy (or soccer) fan. His favourite team is Chelsea FC in the English Premier League.
