Joseph is a graduate of Niagara College, where he completed the Sport Management program in 2023. His passion for sports led him to begin his career with the Toronto Blue Jays, where he worked in Ticketing Operations and experienced the fast-paced nature of game days while contributing to the overall fan experience.

Joseph began his Cosmos Sports & Entertainment career as an Account Executive Rookie in the Fall of 2022. Joseph now serves as a Sales and Service Coordinator. In his current role, he works closely with a variety of clients across the sports and entertainment industry, supporting and managing accounts while helping deliver seamless sales and service experiences. Through his work, he continues to lead training and development for all Account Executives in the internship program.

Joseph has worked with various properties during his time at Cosmos Sports including including Rugby Canada, Edmonton Elks, Niagara IceDogs, FC Edmonton, Nanaimo Clippers, Ottawa Titans, Great Outdoors Comedy Festival, PGA Tour Americas, and Curling Canada

A lifelong athlete, Joseph has played organized baseball and soccer from a young age, experiences that have shaped his competitive mindset, discipline, and team-first approach. His background in sports continues to influence how he approaches both his personal and professional life.

Joseph is a passionate fan of the New York Yankees of the MLB and Juventus FC of Serie A.
