NATE
VANDERGRIFT

Nate Vandergrift is currently studying Sport Administration at Laurentian University and has a strong passion for the business side of sports, especially sponsorship, partnerships, and fan engagement. Originally from Ottawa, Nate has always been interested in how sports bring communities together and create memorable experiences for fans both on and off the field. Nate chose to work in sports because it combines two things he enjoys most: business and sports. Growing up around sports, he developed a passion for the energy, culture, and community that sports create. 

Nate is currently completing an internship with Cosmos Sports & Entertainment as a Sponsorship Account Executive Intern. He was excited to join Cosmos because of the company’s strong reputation within the sports industry and its focus on building meaningful partnerships between brands and sports properties.

Outside of school and work, Nate enjoys staying active through sports, gaming, watching TV shows and movies, and listening to music. He also enjoys following a variety of sports, including hockey, basketball, football, and soccer, and appreciates how sports can connect people from different backgrounds through a shared passion.
