Nav is a recent graduate of Niagara College and has attained his Advanced Diploma from the Sport Management program. Nav completed his mandatory internship with the Welland Jackfish, though working during difficult times due to COVID-19, he managed to have a successful and great time working within the Sport industry. The 4-month internship gave Nav various amount of experience in Ticket Sales, Sponsorship, and Marketing to where he is ready to apply to the Cosmos Sports & Entertainment team. 

Nav’s passion for sports came from a very young age. Playing soccer his whole life, he continued with school sports playing Soccer, Volleyball, and Basketball as well as playing rep soccer with the Burlington Soccer Club. His success within the respected sports is tremendous, winning numerous MVP’s, Championships, all while captaining the teams to success. In Nav’s last year of high school, he was awarded with the Senior Male Athlete of the Year, with his exceptional success and various skills learned throughout, such as Leadership, and Sportsmanship. Nav continued with intramural sports with his time at Niagara College, playing intramural basketball and volleyball.

Nav’s dedication to sports has taught him important lessons that will stick with him for a very long time. Teamwork, Leadership and Communication are all factors he has brought to the Cosmos team.

Nav’s commitment to the sport world started as a teenager. From coaching soccer to better develop athletes’ skills and staying around the sport, to becoming a nationally certified Referee in soccer, and coaching and being involved in any sporting event that occurred in his high school. Sports has something Nav has always gone towards and excelled in everything he did.

Professional skills such as problem solving, communication, leadership and work ethic are all qualities that will help Nav excel in his role and make an impact on the Cosmos Team.

During Navs time with Cosmos, he has worked with various accounts and properties ranging from all different sports across North America. Some of the properties Nav has worked closely with have been Curling Canada, Pacific FC, Edmonton Elks, BC Lions, Nanaimo Clippers and many more. This has helped Nav gain exceptional knowledge of the Sport Industry and the business side as well. Furthermore, he continues expanding his knowledge in this industry and growing as a part of a dynamic Sales team at Cosmos.
