Neel Bhatt is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a strong foundation in both finance and sports marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from Seneca College, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College.  
 
Neel has built hands-on experience through various projects and roles that have sharpened his communication, outreach, and organizational skills. One of his proudest achievements was organizing the “Who Is This? Trivia Night” fundraiser, where he led logistics, sponsorships, and marketing efforts, successfully raising over $7,000 for Food Banks Canada.
 
Neel’s passion for working in sports comes from a lifelong connection to the games he grew up watching and playing. He believes sports are more than entertainment – they create community, spark emotion, inspire action and makes you have a competitive mindset.  
 

At Cosmos Sports & Entertainment, Neel works as a Business Development Assistant. His role involves researching junior hockey leagues, teams, and community organizations across North America to support outreach and partnership efforts. He helps schedule meetings with key stakeholders, sends professional outreach emails, and takes clear notes during meetings to support follow-ups and internal planning.

Outside of work, Neel enjoys watching soccer, cricket, and basketball. He is a passionate Manchester United supporter and also follows the Los Angeles Lakers and the Indian cricket team. In his spare time, he likes to play soccer and Dance
