This past week, Cosmos Sports & Entertainment launched Cosmos Pick Em, a new weekly competition giving sports fans the chance to test their knowledge by predicting the outcomes of upcoming games for a chance to win a $20 gift card.
Each week, Cosmos will select a sporting event featuring a U Sports, NSL or another matchup from one of Cosmos’ client portfolio. Participants are asked to predict the winning team and final score, and the participant that predicts the outcome correctly will receive a $20 gift card of their choice.
Participants can enter by completing the prediction form on the Cosmos website before the selected game begins. The competition is open to Canadian residents aged 18 and older, with one entry permitted per person. In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by an established tiebreaking prediction.
Cosmos Pick Em will feature matchups across a range of sports, including U SPORTS, the Northern Super League or another client from Cosmos portfolio. Upcoming competitions are expected to include major events such as the Vanier Cup in university football, the men’s and women’s U SPORTS Final 8 basketball championships, and the University Cup men’s hockey championship.
The competition aims to engage fans while highlighting Cosmos clients and their sporting events, giving participants another reason to follow the teams and competitions throughout the season.
