Canadian racing talent Caleb Campbell is set to return to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course from June 11–14, as the Formula 4 United States Championship continues its 2026 season in Lexington, Ohio. After a strong start to the year, Campbell enters the weekend with another opportunity to build on his early-season momentum and continue establishing himself as one of Canada’s rising names in motorsport. The Mid-Ohio weekend is part of the 2026 F4 U.S. Championship schedule, following stops at NOLA Motorsports Park and Road America.
Mid-Ohio is one of the most respected road courses in North American racing, so the weekend is massive for 17-year-old Campbell. The facility features a 2.258-mile, 13-turn layout and is known for its technical corners, elevation changes, and tight racing conditions. For young drivers in a development series like F4, Mid-Ohio is an important test, as it rewards consistency and patience. A strong result at a track like this can say a lot about a driver’s growth and ability to perform under pressure.
For Campbell, the return to Mid-Ohio also comes with a positive memory. During the 2025 Mid-Ohio SpeedTour, Campbell earned a third-place finish, marking his third podium of the season. That result was an important moment in his rookie season, proving that he could compete near the front of the field at one of the more challenging tracks on the calendar. With another year of experience behind him, Campbell returns to Mid-Ohio looking to turn past success into another strong weekend.
Campbell’s 2026 season has already started in impressive fashion. At the season-opening event at NOLA Motorsports Park, he swept the weekend and won three times, giving him a perfect start to the campaign. He carried that momentum into Road America, where he finished on the podium twice, placing second in Race 1 and third in Race 2. Those results helped Campbell remain the current F4 U.S. Championship points leader with 108 points heading into Mid-Ohio. The performance helped set the tone for his second year in F4 U.S. competition, where he is now racing with Kiwi Motorsport while continuing to build his profile as a serious championship contender.
Campbell’s growth on and off the track has also been supported through his ongoing collaboration with Cosmos Sports & Entertainment. Through this partnership, Cosmos continues to help build Campbell’s professional profile by supporting his digital media, branding, sponsorship strategy, and overall athlete marketing. As he returns to Mid-Ohio, the race weekend represents another opportunity for Cosmos to highlight his continued development, competitive momentum, and growing presence in the F4 United States Championship.
The Mid-Ohio weekend will feature several key sessions across four days. According to the event schedule, optional testing begins on Thursday, June 11, followed by another test session and practice on Friday. Qualifying and Race 1 are scheduled for Saturday, June 13, with Race 2 set for Sunday, June 14.
